The Power House
The Power House is an industrial styled, state-of-the-art multi-use facility with three independent yet adjacent areas that can be tailored to best meet your needs. The building offers reminders of its historic significance from large scale murals of the original boilers, to the “sanborn map” markings on the floor which represents the original layout. The unique blend of “the old and the new” create an inspiring setting for your next event.
Aurora Brew Works
A rustic beerstore in the historic village of East Aurora where beer enthusiasts and thirsty locals hang. Packed full of charm and more brewed malted barley & hops selections than one can handle, this venue is the perfect backdrop for a trendy hipster cocktail party, unique rehearsal dinner or beer & food pairing mixer.
Private room allows for guests to be part of the scene while maintaining a secluded area for guests to mingle and dine.
SPACE is an event venue located in the Pierce Arrow Complex in Buffalo NY featuring 1920’s industrial architecture with a modern vibe. SPACE offers two independent rental areas, each with a unique feel.
The Barton House, built in 1903, is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner or a cozy cocktail party. Your guests are sure to remember the occasion inside this remarkable home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and built for Darwin Martin’s sister and brother-in-law. During the summer months enjoy a glass of wine on the lovely veranda overlooking the pergola and conservatory of the Martin estate.

Located on Niagara Street in the Grant & Ferry neighborhood this day-lit warehouse hosts another one of the areas great local breweries. Large open interior with glistening silver tanks flank one end and the huge chalkboard menu flanks the other. Concrete floors are lined with wooden tables and benches, large lawn-like games and plenty of room to host a large crowd of jubilant guests for an event unlike anything else. The sunken outdoor beer garden is perfect for a little sun during the day or a evening gathering around the toasty fire pit.
The Gardener’s Cottage was built in 1909 for the Martin family gardener and his family. They enjoyed living in this beautiful Frank Lloyd Wright designed house. The cottage is an idyllic spot for a small bridal or baby shower, lively cocktail party or a sparkling dinner. The doors of the great room open so your festivities can spill into the outdoor spaces of the property during warm-weather months.

Hauptman Woodward Institute
Hauptman-Woodward Research Institute state-of-the-art facility is a three-story, environmentally sensitive structure designed by Cannon Design’s Los Angeles based architect Mehrdad Yazdani.
The two-story atrium is home to a grand staircase that is prominently featured as you enter the building. The open atrium allows for maximum sunlight exposure and is the perfect space for an event with a modern feel.
